My passion for health and wellness finds its roots in so many places. I am a wife, a mother, and a human being developing constantly, as well as a 30-year professional nurse and private practice Holistic Health Coach.. In all of that time, I have been honing the practices for health and wellness in my life, as well as the lives of my family.
I combine 30 years of nursing, professional medical expertise, and knowledge, with extensive training, development, and research into nutrition, alternative health strategies, grief education, and ancient wisdom of the mind, body, and soul connection. This subject matter expertise is blended with a dedication to creating vibrant health and wellbeing and extensive experience in coaching techniques. Beyond the things I have learned, I am always seeking out the newest information, vetting it, researching it, and helping my clients to implement it, as well as implementing it in my own practice and life.
I seek to help clients find balance in their lives through health in all of its aspects (mental, physical, and spiritual). My programs are designed to focus on building sustainable change for a fulfilling life. The programs have been perfected over the years and executed not only with professionals from all different fields but also with members of my own family; including my husband Chris, a high-performing sales professional. This isn’t something I have developed outside of myself, but the same techniques I use in my life and my world.
I have added grief education to my services for clients who need help navigating grief after loss which is a one the most challenging yet universal experience we will have. As a Certified Grief Educator, I am committed to providing the highest level of grief support through education, experience, and insights into the often unacknowledged rocky terrain of grief. I completed a certificate program designed by world-renowned grief expert, David Kessler which brings his unique methodology, tools, and decades of experience to help people navigate the challenges of grief. We live in a grief illiterate world which needs to change as we will all experience loss in our lives whether it is from death, or professional, and personal relationships.
My decision to provide grief support comes not only professional desire but a personal legacy, after living with many significant losses in my life, I experienced the death of my middle son, Christopher, in 2023, which changed my life forever. As a bereaved mother and accomplished health practitioner this work is to honor his life and serve others who want and need support and guidance in what are the most difficult moments of our life.
